Yoga at The Merrion

Wellness at The Merrion Spa and Health Club

Like many of you, we have also been thinking of a spring re-set, and are delighted to share the return of morning Yoga at The Merrion, with Dani Sheil.

Finishing your week and begin your weekend, these classes are a combination of meditation, movement and deep relaxation with some poetry and a temple massage.

A series of classes designed to reconnect your body, mind and spirit. A practice to quieten your racing mind, balance your stressed body and bring you fully into this moment.

From here you move forward, inspired to live fully, to find joy in all things and peace in quiet and stillness. Classes will combine breathwork, movement, meditation and deep relaxation.

With limited spaces available, Pre-booking is essential. Pre payment will be taken on booking to secure your place.

All classes will be run by Dani Sheil who has been working in wellness for over 20 years. She is a teacher’s teacher, having trained in NYC, Dublin and India. She combines these practices with reiki and wellness coaching to promote a self – care, self – belief and to develop acceptance and inner strength.
