As we approach International Women’s Day, we are delighted to introduce an evening with Ireland’s first female whiskey founder Louise McGuane, of J.J Corry Irish Whiskey. Join us in the intimate surroundings of Bar No 23 at The Merrion on March 4th, for an exclusive evening of discovery and exceptional taste.
Independent and groundbreaking, J.J Corry is the modern Irish whiskey bonder, explorer, curator and creator of unique expressions of flavour. The journey unfolds on the McGuane family farm in Cooraclare, Co Clare, where they are reviving the lost art of whiskey bonding.
By sourcing the finest Irish whiskeys and maturing them in meticulously selected casks, J.J Corry craft blends unmatched in character and complexity.
Drinks will be served with canapes specially matched by Executive Chef Ed Cooney, to compliment the flavours of the evening.
