The Garden Room is a restaurant with character, comfortable, with a menu designed for sharing tastes and flavours and whimsical combinations, created by executive chef Ed Cooney and his team.

A less formal affair by a formal garden, a relaxed experience in The Merrion Hotel.

Opening Hours. Breakfast 07:00 – 10:30 daily (11am on weekends). All Day Dining: 12:30 – 9pm weekdays 1:00pm – 9:30pm on weekends.
