- Originating in Tucson, Arizona, La Stone Therapy combines water heated basalt lava stones with traditional massage for an unforgettable experience. Each massage stroke with one of these stones is equal to approximately ten regular strokes, offering the client a deeper state of relaxation, health and well-being than that of a typical massage. La Stone uses aromatherapy and hot oils to warm and invigorate the body.

- This all en-compassing treatment commences with full body skin brushing and exfoliation to prepare the skin, leaving it feeling soft and smooth. This is then followed by a deep body, face and scalp massage using a blend of essential oils chosen to suit individual requirements.

- A ritual that starts with a twenty minute soak in a candle lit bath filled with detoxifying seaweed oil and mineral salts. While luxuriating in the cocooning benefits, eyes are treated with a soothing balm for total body bliss. The treatment then continues with a detox massage treatment.

- A carefully designed treatment for pregnant and nursing mothers taking account of all conditions. The treatment avoids the use of essential oils. - Oshadi, giver of life, is the Ayurvedic term for plants and herbs used in traditional healing practices and therapies. This specialised treatment stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic systems, concentrating on the areas of the body prone to "blockages", cellulite, fluid retention and uneven skin texture. The back is body brushed, exfoliated and deep cleansed to help stimulate circulation and cell renewal, then calmed with an aromatherapy massage.
