Dublin hotel offers protection to US travelers against fluctuating dollar value against Euro

Dublin, IRE --- With the U.S. dollar dropping more than 6% against the Euro this year, Dublin's 5-star Merrion hotel is offering protection for US travelers: a guaranteed dollar rate for all rack rate bookings.

Main House rooms at the stylish and elegant Merrion are currently being offered at rack rate with a minimum guaranteed exchange rate of $1.20 dollars to the Euro for July and August, and $1.27 dollars to the Euro from September on. Rates are inclusive of tax and service and valid throughout 2006. Prices for July and August range from $618 (Deluxe King Room) to $918 (Junior Suite) based upon double occupancy.
