Jogging Route 1
From the front entrance of The Merrion 5 star Dublin hotel, turn left and continue a short distance up Upper Merrion Street to the traffic lights. Crossing to the right at the traffic lights onto Merrion Row, proceed up the street until you see St Stephen Green (enclosed public park) on your left-hand side, across the road.
Crossing over the road, continue along the outer railings of St Stephen's Green until you come to the main entrance of the park, located at the top of Grafton Street. Entering St Stephens Green, bear right and follow the paths which circle St Stephen's Green anticlockwise until you come to the lower exit, at Lower Leeson Street. Once here, leave St Stephen's Green and travel down Lower Lesson Street until you come to the corner of Fitzwilliam Street.
Take a left and follow the road up to the top until it meets Upper Baggot Street. Once on Upper Baggot Street, turn left and continue up the street to the traffic lights. Crossing the street at the lights, continue down Upper Merrion Street a short distance until you reach the front entrance to The Merrion, which is on your right hand side. Approx 3 miles.
Jogging Route 2

From here, continue left along the banks of the canal until you reach Lower Mount Street. Once on Lower Mount Street, bear left and proceed down along the railings of Merrion Square (public park). When you come to the roundabout at the top of North Mount Street, turn left onto Upper Merrion Street, which borders the railings of Merrion Square.
The National Gallery will be on your right hand side and Government Buildings will be directly ahead on the right. Continue up along Upper Merrion Street until you come to the front entrance of The Merrion, which will be on your left. Approx 3 miles.
