While spring might yet be a little bit away, there’s plenty to chase away the January blues at The Merrion Hotel. We look forward to celebrating the Chinese New Year at the end of the month with a very special gourmet event, hosted by Asian Chef Ken Hom and our own Executive Chef Ed Cooney. Then, it’s St Valentine’s Day, Rugby international season and our first Opera outings. We have a selection here of what I hope you will agree are exciting ways to experience the best of what’s in store for the upcoming months. As always, a warm welcome awaits all our friends.
